My Life Through a Lens | 92/366 - “Patience”
I spent the ENTIRE day trying to get my photos printing for my Ryerson Image Arts - Photography portfolio. It’s due tomorrow! I was originally supposed to go print them out yesterday, but the weather was so bad that I was unable to go. So, today…I first went to Walmart. Printed them out at 8x10. They came out completely TERRIBLE. There were brown and yellow marks on most of them. The colours came out completely off. I got a refund and made my way to FedEx Kinko’s. It was a bit more expensive but the pictures came out with amazing quality! Well, time to go prepare this portfolio.

39) When I die I want to to be buried with my camera.
My ambition, determination and love for photography will be the death of me.
I decided to do a time lapse tonight. I stood outside in 50 fahrenheit/10 celsius degree weather with wind gusts blowing from 40-50kmph. I was wearing a sweater and sweat pants with my gloves on and a scarf holding onto my tripod for dear life so my pictures wouldn’t get messed up…or even worse my tripod AND camera flying away from me. I stood there for an hour SHAKING because of how cold it was. It felt like I was in Siberia or something. AND IF YOU KNOW ME YOU KNOW I HATE THE COLD SO FUCKING MUCH. My dad came half way through my time lapse pictures were getting done. He called me the bravest person ever for doing all this just for photography and that he has never met someone with so much ambition in his life. xD
